Surgical Mask Tension Release Band with Looped End

This is a variation of the other tension relief bands. The biggest change is that one end has a loop instead of hooks for the mask's elastic band. This lets the mask stay connected to the tension relief band, and makes placement and removal easier.

The model has also been optimized for faster printing.
