L-BOXX 102 Transparent - Gridfinity Baseplate 9x7 & Custom Bins

Hey there,

I recently bought an organizer L-BOXX 102 Transparent and wanted to Gridfinity it.

Looking up and trying a few models I found soon led me to build my own.

This version is a 9x7 grid, fits snugly to the box with just a bit of play - adding 1 mm to the Y would make it press fit.

The baseplate is built using an online Gridfinity generator that exports STEP, then altered to suit in OnShape. The model is split into 4 plates, numbered for easy reach.

I print on BL P1S using BL Studio & the material used is AzureFilm PETG.

The grid is printed with 0.2 Standard profile & PolyLite PETG, the bins are printed with 0.24/0.28 Draft and the same material profile.

Updates to come:

In process of printing/testing custom bins. Given how the lid mates to the body, there is 59 mm of space I want to use, leading to X8 height.

The bins are generated with Gridfinity Generator (perplexinglabs.com) .
