Hotplates (double hob) indicator light cover / Kochplatten Lampen Adeckung - PKM

This is a replacement cover for the lamps of a "KPM EB-DKF-2” double hotplate.

The model includes the cover, a nut for fixing and a sealing ring. The sealing ring should be printed from flexible material and is pushed onto the cover before fitting.

Due to the heat of the plates on the sheet, PETG unfortunately becomes soft, so you should choose a heat-resistant filament.

As I only had PETG, I wrapped the lamp cover with shrink tubing before and after assembly. So far it has worked well.

The sealing ring was printed in TPU.

The corresponding model files for FreeCAD are attached.

Dies ist eine Ersatz Abdeckung für die Lampen einer “KPM EB-DKF-2” Doppelkochplatte.

Im Modell enthalten ist die Abdeckung, eine Mutter zur Fixierung und ein Dichtring. Der Dichtring sollte aus flexiblen Material gedruckt werden und wird auf die Abdeckung vor Anbringung geschoben.

Aufgrund der Hitze der Platten am Blech wird PETG leider weich, daher sollte man ein hitzeresistentes Filament wählen.

Da ich nur PETG hatte, habe ich das Lampen Cover vor und nach der Montage mit Schrumpfschlauch eingepackt. Bisher geht es gut.

Für den Dichtungsring wurde TPU verwendet.

Die entsprechenden Modelldateien für FreeCAD sind beigefügt.
