Hygrometer Jar to store weed or cigars (Humidor)

This is a printable Jar with cutouts in the Lid to insert a cheap hygrometer.

It also has a place to insert a Hydro-Pack like Boveda to keep the humidity under control.

This is modeled to fit a 8g Boveda Pack. It is a little fiddly to get in, but when its in, it fits perfectly.

There are 2 versions of the Jar, a big one thats 140mm in height and a small one at 110mm.

Also 3 versions of the Lid, one for a round Hygrometer, one rectangular and one without a Hygrometer. I recommend using the round Hygrometers because in my testing they seemed to be pretty accurate. Print the round Lid with concentric top and bottom fill pattern for best result

To get the hygrometer to be air tight in the lid, I place a line of hot glue on the perimeter of the hygrometer on the lid and then press the hygrometer in while the glue is still hot.

Don't use your fingers to press the hygrometer in!! This will burn your fingers pretty bad!!

The gasket should be printed in flexible Filament.

I print all except for the gasket in PETG just because I think its less nasty when it comes in contact with the things you store in such a jar. Also everything can be printed without any support.

I also included a template for a paper printout that can be inserted in front of the jar.

This works with normal printer paper, but should be printed on thicker paper for rigidity.

The template is in GIMPs xcf format. This way the text can be modified easily.
