Gondola v6 - Low Profile CPAP Shroud for SV08 with Nozzle Cam and LEDs

Now introducing the latest in the “Gondola” series of toolhead shrouds for SV08 - this time, for CPAP!

Gondola v6 includes a mounting point for the Mintion Nozzle Cam and its PCB, plus two inward-facing “glow” LEDs and one down-facing “status” LED.

Update 12/7/24 Be aware that, given the large quantity of electrical components in a small space, there is a high likelihood of interference/grounding that may cause the nozzle cam to lose its video signal. The primary source of interference I found is the USB cable contacting the exposed toolhead board. I recommend putting electrical tape (or other insulation) on the ribbon cable, USB cable near the connector, and on the toolhead board. This seems to have solved the problem.

As before, use 4x M3 x 4.5mm OD x 5mm L heat set inserts and 4x M3x6 screws to secure the arms. You can use the stock M3 screws from the belt clips to attach the arms to the toolhead plate. Please be advised that the v6 arms are not compatible with prior Gondola versions.

At the moment, the shroud has only been tested with a Beacon (or Cartographer) probe. It will likely fit BTT Eddy and the stock Sovol induction probe, but those have not been tested. Please report back if you test either of these probes. I'm willing to modify if needed.

Ducting has been CFD-tuned for superior part cooling.

I recommend pairing this toolhead shroud with @SeeingRED's muffler housing and exhaust .
