MK4S Enclosure xLCD Adapter for Improved Light Bar Visibility

This model is a remix of the original Prusa Research MK4S display adapter, designed specifically for setups where the entire enclosure is elevated . The xLCD display mounts exactly as in the original design, but everything below the mounting point is my custom addition.

The main goal of this upgrade is to ensure better visibility of the light bar when there’s nothing underneath the xLCD display to reflect the glow. With this design, you can keep your light bar shining brightly and visible, even with an elevated enclosure.

It’s a simple and effective improvement that I hope enhances your MK4S setup!

Printing Recommendations:

• Material : PETG (I used Prusament PETG Jet Black)

• Infill : 15%

• Infill Pattern : Grid

• Supports : Enabled

• Nozzle : 0.4 mm

• Layer Height : 0.2 mm

• Preset : 0.2 mm Quality (Structural preset)
