Creality Desk Clamp

Print Settings: This holder is designed to be easily 3D printed. Use a layer height of 0.2mm and a gyroid infill density of 15%. This provides a good balance of strength and print time. No support structures are necessary for printing.

Assembly Instructions: Assembly is straightforward. Simply thread the screw through the main clamp body. The screw cap then attaches to the end of the screw using a ball joint connection, allowing for some flexibility.

How to Use: Before using the clamp for the first time, it's recommended to fully thread the screw in and out once. This helps to clear any minor imperfections in the printed threads. The threads should be tight but not so tight that they bind. If you experience binding, you may need to adjust your slicer's tolerance settings. Applying a small amount of silicone grease can further enhance the smoothness of the screw action. To attach the screw cap, you can either press it firmly into place with your fingers or use the clamp screw itself to press it in by tightening the screw until the cap snaps securely into position. As this is a plastic part, it's important to be mindful of its limitations. The primary point of potential failure is flexing of the clamp body. To prevent damage, stop tightening the screw as soon as you see the body begin to flex visibly.
