19" Rack sub-1U Shelf Bracket - 10mm gap

The design is based on the " https://www.printables.com/model/618385-19-rack-sub-1u-shelf-bracket " by NoTrueSpaceMan and provides a gap of 10mm for the board, instead of the 5mm of the original model.
