E3D Revo6 Hotend Mount for Longer LK4/Alfawise U30

This is a minimal mount for the E3D Revo6 with Evo6-style mount for Longer LK4 Pro or Alfawise U30.

Mount consists of three main parts:

- X-Carriage Base Adapter - Revo6 Mount Base - Part A - Revo6 Mount Base - Part B This also includes a mount and heatsink shroud for a 40x40mm fan, mounting bracket for 5015 blower fan, and 360 degree fan duct for 5015 blower fan.

Base adapter fits over the existing hotend mounting studs on the X-Carriage and is attached using two (2) M3x5mm bolts. Two M3 heat-set inserts are installed on the outer face of the base adapter. Two (2) M3x25mm bolts are run through openings on the fan shroud and mount base part B. Install the Revo6 hotend and clamp between the mount base parts A and B. Install to the base adapter by screwing the M3x25 bolts through both base parts.

This is a minimal and light-weight mounting system that I designed to replace a Hero Me Gen 7 hotend mount, which was simply far too bulky. All parts are easy and quick to print as well, total print time should be about 3 hours for all parts.
