Unistrut 90deg connectors

I am building a V1E Low Rider 4, but had to make the table.... let's call it "my way" which is to say overdone. Local scrap yard had a bunch of unistrut and instead of welding i wanted to 3d print brackets to hold square but allow for adjustments.

Part printed in white was for fitment. The slot in the bottom part combines with the slot in unistrut to give 100% adjustment in or out.

Parts in black are "final version" bolting to the sides in two places to help hold square. The bottom straddles the cross members to hold them square. I did find play, less than 1mm. But once I had all of them in place all play was removed, and the spoil board locked it all down.

I've uploaded both versions incase someone wants the single hole I printed in white for testing. I don't think I cleaned up the size of the hole on that file so you may find socket issues and need to use something other than a hex head bolt.

The 2 holed version printed in back I tested with both 5/6" and 8mm bolts and both sockets (½" and 13mm) fit. The slot is designed to hold the bolt head from spinning so I didn't leave a whole lot of extra room.

These will fit the 12g or the 14g version. They just need to have the holes at 90 degrees like in my pictures.

This part is designed to be strong with lower infill, but the walls need to hold clamping pressure and bolt sides so extra walls is HIGHLY recommended.

Files SHOULD orient correctly, but this is how you you want them facing on the build plate:

They print much easier that way and puts the layers in compression instead of trying to pull them apart.
