I highly recommend printing in PETG for heat and sag resistance. No supports necessary if printed using specified orientations.

- Print the motherboard tray - Orientation: Rear of MB tray sitting on the print surface - Print the left side of the case - Orientation: Front plate sitting on the print surface - Print the right side of the case - Orientation: Front plate sitting on the print surface - Print two ties (the small rectangular piece with the four bolt holes) - Orientation: Side with smaller holes sitting on the print surface - Print two 1U rear support brackets (link above) - Orientation: Front (rear?) plate sitting on the print surface Assembly Instructions:

- Insert 16 heat set threaded inserts into the holes marked with a red circle (see attached images) - Place the left and right slices of the case together - Place one of the ties on the bottom, rear tie point and use 4 M3x6 bolts to screw the slices together - Place another tie on the top of the front panel and use 4 M3x6 bolts to screw the slices together - Install your power switch into the front panel - Install the female end of the PCIe riser cable into the slot (two mounting points) - Remove rear IO plate of your GPU and save the 4 screws - Insert your GPU into the female slot of the PCIe riser cable - (optional) Use the M3x12 bolt to attach the GPU tab, through the right slice and into the left slice. This makes everything more secure, but also makes it impossible to remove the GPU without removing the PSU and power switch first. Other GPUs also might not have this screw hole. - Use the 4 screws you saved earlier (step 7) to attach the GPU to the front plate - Screw in 4 M3 6+4mm standoffs into the threaded inserts on the motherboard tray - Install CPU, CPU fan and memory into your motherboard - Mount your motherboard to the motherboard tray and slide it into the appropriate slot - Use a M3x6 bolt to attach the motherboard tray to the bottom of the left plate. - Mount the PSU using 4 #6-32 screws - (optional) Mount any 2.5" drives you wish - Attach the PCIe riser cable, power cables, SATA cables, power switch to your motherboard - Attach the two 1U rear support brackets into the back of your rack. Keep screws relatively loose for now - Slide in the case into your rack and use 4 screws to hold it in place. The rear of the case should be sitting on top of the bottom of the 1U rear support bracket. It has been designed to sit flush with this bracket. - Adjust position of the rear support brackets and tighten screws as necessary
