Fluval Spec III and V Spray Bar

Spray bar specifically designed for the Fluval Spec III Aquarium. I do not have one but I hear that the Fluval Spec V has the same pump so this should also work with that as well. It is designed to snap onto any ball joint with an 11mm major diameter so there may be more aquariums that this is compatible with too.

It prints in two parts. There is the Ball Interface that is a right angle joint that can snap onto and swivel on an 11mm ball joint. The Spray Bar snaps into the other end of the Ball Interface. There are four small protrusions in the neck that interface with a slot in the Ball Interface that hold it in, but allow it to spin so that the holes can be pointed in any direction.

Both parts are specifically designed to be printed without the need for supports and should be printed in the default orientation of the STL files. I highly suggest printing with PETG due to the higher bed adhesion. I printed these parts in PETG on a Prusa MK3S with the textured sheet. The spray bar is thin and tall but prints fine without any brim or support using Quality Print Settings in Prusa Slicer so the bed doesn't move too fast. The Ball Interface also has a small area of bed adhesion on the bottom but also printed without issue in PETG on the MK3S with a textured sheet. If you do have bed adhesion issues on a different setup or material, a small brim should be sufficient.
