Makita LXT 18V Battery Adapter for Meister Craft MAS168

This adapter gives my old cordless screwdriver a new live ;-). The 16.8V battery pack was broken and I did not want to invest in NiMH adapter anymore. But as I use Makita LXT 18V system, I bought a cheap adapter at

The connector part is from the original NiMH battery pack.

- Support: yes - Filament: PETG, ABS or similar - Infill: 100% recommended

Assembly

You need:

- de-assembled 16.8V NiMH battery back - Makita adapter (like https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005007490423441.html) - 2x tap screw 2.2 x 6.5 mm - 4x tap screw 3 x 12 mm (countersunk head) - 2x 9cm wire min. 1mm2 (AWG18) - solder iron Solder the wires to the connection plates of the de-assembled NiMH battery pack:

Solder the wires to the Makita adapter:

Fix the connection plate with the 2.1x6.5mm screws:

Fix the Makita adapter with the 3x12mm screws:

Done!
