Carvera Upright Chuck Subplate

Joe N style alignment, where instead of pins it uses the anchor, makes it much easier to cutout.

Just make sure to apply pressure towards the anchor2 corner while screwing it down.

The bolt needs a M14x1.00 thread to secure the chuck from the Carvera 4th axis (Sanou K02-50). This can be made by holding rod stock upright and threading the outside using an M6 single point thread mill, and a “Pitch diameter Offset” in Fusion of around 0.7mm. Slowly increase the pitch diameter in increments of 0.1 until the chuck can thread onto the bolt. The hex bolt on the back can be cut by screwing the half finished bolt into the back of a chuck without jaws (using pliers etc), and then using strap clamps to hold the chuck down.
