IKEA Samla 11L & 22L Gasket (2mm Flexible Seal)

This is a 3D printed gasket designed specifically for the IKEA Samla 11L and 22L storage boxes. It helps improve dust and splash resistance by providing a flexible sealing layer between the box and lid.

Two versions are included:

Precut version : with lid clip holes already cut

Solid version : without cutouts, in case you want to modify it or cut it manually

📐 Specifications:

Uncompressed thickness : ~2mm

Compressed thickness : ~1mm (depending on print material and lid pressure)

Material recommendation : TPU (preferred), or any flexible filament with good compression characteristics

No modifications to the box or clips needed – thanks to the thin profile, the box closes normally
