Anker Mouse Scroll Wheel – Repair Model (Fusion 360 Included)

🖱 Scroll Wheel Replacement for Anker Mouse – Test & Improve The tiny plastic pin of the original scroll wheel broke, rendering my Anker mouse unusable despite being otherwise in perfect condition.

So, I modeled a replacement in Fusion 360 and printed it in 3D. To avoid hard-to-remove traditional supports, I designed three concentric cylinders to support the overhangs during printing. These can be easily trimmed post-print.

⚠ The weak point remains the small plastic pin, so this model is not a definitive solution , but a starting point for testing and improvement .

♻ This is about avoiding waste – a well-made mouse like the Anker doesn’t deserve to be discarded because of one broken millimeter of plastic.
