DISCLAIMERS:

- This is our first 3D print, and we might not always know what the best 3D printing practices are. If you are more experienced, feel free to adjust the files if needed.

- Some components can be a bit snug. It might be a good idea to test the fit with a few components before printing everything. Also, some sanding might help if ever some components end up a little bit too tight.

- We were made aware through comments on other organizers that not all editions of Spirit Island use the exact same box sizes. Our copies have inner dimensions of 282 mm x 282 mm x 74 mm. You can test the size by printing one layer of the components from "Box 1" before printing everything else. Alternatively, you can also compare box sizes (outer dimensions) using the following links. The product codes for the editions we have are "SISL-CORE :: PR15" and "SISL-JETH :: PR5". https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/162886/spirit-island/versions https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgameexpansion/262722/spirit-island-jagged-earth/versions

Last year, my wife and I set out to make our own organizer for Spirit Island and all its expansions. With our only access to a 3D printer being through our local library, and with our fairly busy lives, this took way longer than anticipated (we also took some very long breaks), but we are very happy with how it turned out!

If you enjoy this organizer, please consider donating a tiny amount: http://ko-fi.com/uchuuuuu

Our main priorities were:

- Modularity and extra space

- to hopefully limit reprints after the release of future expansions

- to allow us to reorganize components as needed

- Ease of setup and teardown

- Neat organization, both in the box and on the table

- Low amount of filament needed, to lower the cost and printing time (the total weight of our print is around 808 grams)

A guide for how to organize the different parts is included as the last few photos attached (there is also a PDF version if that is more convenient).

The video below shows all the components in more detail, and explains some of the thought processes behind the design.

What it offers:

- Components fitting inside the base and Jagged Earth boxes, with no lid lift

- Optional "quick setup" trays for up to 4 players (the 4 trays around the island boards; our personal favorite!)

- Ready-to-play trays for cards and tokens

- Movable dividers for token trays

- Extra token trays (for future expansions or dividing the tokens among players if needed)

- Card dividers for creating discard piles as well as organizing unique powers

- All cards sleeved except for adversary and scenario panels (we used Gamegenic Prime sleeves)

- Accommodation for either standard or premium tokens

- Accommodation for thick Horizons spirit panels

- Mini stands for adversary and scenario panels

- Space for silica gel packs

What we didn't include, but might be possible to include:

- Invader board extension

- Retired or replaced cards

- Horizons island board and duplicate tokens/cards

For the next expansion, the current organizer has the potential to comfortably hold:

- 8 more thick spirit panels

- 4 more adversary/scenario panels

- More adversary reminder tiles

- More standard size cards

- More token pieces

With some reprinting and reorganizing, we can think of ways to include extra island boards and even more adversary/scenario panels, but these adjustments would affect the allowances for other components and/or lid lift.
