CMF Phone 2 Pro Back Cover with Universal Thin Quick Disconnect

This is my entry for the CMF Phone 2 Pro contest. The contest inspired me to create a mounting solution that still allowed Magsafe to function. So I targeted a thickness of 2mm, and came up with the idea for this connector while on a plane :). The back panel comes in two varieties: Clicky and Smooth. Any accessory can be used with either variety.

The clicky version “locks” the accessory into one of 12 orientations, requiring a bit of force to get it to click to the next position. This is useful when mounting the phone like a camera using one of the camera mounts.

The smooth version allows for free rotation, with just a little bit of resistance.
