ScadDcar: Hardware-Free BCAR/DCAR With Customizable .scad File (Ex and Ex Rev 2 Threads)

Want a bcar, but don't want to shell out for bearings? Do you have very specific requirements for what your blaster needs to optimize accuracy? This is a fully printable bcar, or dcar, that you can customize yourself using OpenSCAD. Just open the file, change a few variable numbers to suit your needs, render, and export as an .stl, and you're good to go! You can change the angle, the number of stages, the crush, both the outside and inside diameter, type of threads, and more!

This is largely inspired by Bruce Leedle's hardware-free bcar, and borrows the pins and rollers from his original design. Included in the files are also alternate rollers, made by Dom's 3D Print Shop. It uses threads from Epicxxxx's ex bcar, your choice of either the original or rev 2 versions. As of initial upload, there are three sample body files available to use, but to optimize for your builds, you're gonna want to figure out how to edit and export from the .scad file.

Notes:

- Version 1.00 as of initial upload. - Be sure that the thread .stl files are in the same folder as the .scad file, or the threads won't be imported. - Default body width is 32mm, but if you want your scaddcar to fit in Might Shrub's outlaw muzzle, it needs to be 30mm or smaller. - Current default crush is about 12mm with 10mm wheels or 13mm with 9mm wheels. - With stage height at 15, angles between 0 and 35 are possible. With stage height at 20, 45 degrees is possible. You're not likely to need an angle more intense than 15, and the higher fps the less angle you typically need, but it's your part you're printing, so go nuts if you want. - Feel free to let me know of any issues you encounter, so I might be able to provide fixes in future updates.
