Extended Bumper for Roborock S7 Pro Ultra

This is a bumper extension for the Roborock S7 Pro Ultra vacuum robot. It is designed to completely replace the lower mounting part of the bumper and therefore it features all that little extras that are included in the original part. Unfortunately this means that parts of it have to be printed on support structure.

The navigation of this robot isn't top tier, especially now in 2025. It bumps into almost everything and starts fights with some of my chairs. As it's the most advanced roborock model at the moment that can be rooted and used with valetudo, I made some efforts to improve the bumper.

I made extensive testing with this part (actually took 4 prints to get it working). There is no lower bumper possible or the robot won't be able to return to the dock. The two cut out areas on the front side are needed for that little wheels in the base station.

You might need to split it in half to print it as it's quit a large part. Supports are necessary.
