Wyze Cordless Vacuum wall mount

General:

Replace a broken wall mount, or add a wall mount for your Model S cordless vacuum.

Why I designed this:

I loved my original Wyze cordless vacuum, so we bought an S for the upstairs as well. We were disappointed to find that it doesn't come with the same type of wall mount that the OG did. So I set to reverse engineering the mount.

Printing notes:

Layer height: .2

Recommended Material: PLA works fine, but ABS/ASA or PETG would probably last longer

Supports: Snug automatic(as shown)

Infill: 15-25% Gyroid or triangle

Walls: 3

Other Modifiers: Print as oriented

Material Quantity: ≈145grams with supports as shown

I printed from PLA on Centauri Carbon at .2 layer height with 15% Triangle infill and 3 walls in 3.5 hours

Notes:

I modified the design slightly from the one pictured after printing this one.

- Removed the fillet on the bottom plate for better printability - reduce the height of the accessory tab from .12” to .08” because it caused some slight interference - increased the hole size on the ID of the accessory mounts by .005” for a better slip fit where support remnants made things a bit tight. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
