Ender 3 Satsana with HGX 2.0 and E3 Hotend

Hi there,

this is my remix of the famous satsana fan shroud. It accomodates BL Touch, 5015 Fan, HGX extruder 2.0 and E3 hotend.

Try to print the back piece first to see if it fits the screw standoffs.

The support between the back piece and the front is built in, try to paint the supports on the flat portion alone (see picture). When removing the built-in support, use a sharp utility knife to slice through and slide it out.

Mount all the hardware first (apart from the hot-end fan, and screwing the hotend in), then slide the toolhead on to the metal bracket, screw the hot end in and the toolhead fan
