X-shot Piston Pump Aeb Handgaurd

Details

This is a handguard I made for the X-shot Piston Pump. It slides over the existing collet and is secured with 3 screws. It has spots to mount 4 rails with m2.5 self tapping screws and slots to put 1/8" x ½" aluminum flat bar for reinforcement. Also included is a silencer thing that goes over the bcar the blaster comes with.

Printing Instructions

The rails should be printed flat as well as the barrel spacer. The handguard and silencer should be printed vertically. The handguard will require supports and everything should be printed with 3 walls and at least 25% infill.

Assembly

First insert the barrel spacer into the handguard. It should be tight and shouldn't need any glue. After this cut some aluminum flat bar to length, slide into the channels on the sides of the handguard while gluing in place.

Using the holes on the sides of the handguard as a guide, drill through the flat bar.

Then, put the handguard over the collet on the blaster aligning the barrel with the hole in the spacer. The handguard will be very tight on the collet and may require sanding or a bit of lube.

Next, secure the handguard and rails with m2.5 self tapping screws and glue the bcar into the silencer shroud. Make sure not to get glue on the bearings.

Finally, put the bcar silencer on the blaster barrel.
