Voron V0 (1+2+r1) PTUPPT (PUG Tophat Umbilical PTFE Pass Through)

I wanted to do something a little bit different for the 100th publish so after much thunking i came up with this!

the PTUPPT or PUG Tophat Umbilical & PTFE Pass Through

it is essentially a V0 sized top entry for your umbilical and PTFE tube.

it comprises of three parts to make installation and printing easy and of course, it prints on a V0!

i have designed it to work with 1-1.5mm foam seal but ill be adding in 3mm seals very soon!

utilizing PUG for cable support (because who doesn't love PUG!) this makes this mod 100% printable with minimal fixings required, but it does require you to cut you tophat rear panel to fit.

BOM

1 off cable tie (for clamping the PUG in)

2 off M3x6mm BHCS (to clamp the Front Panels to the Rear Panel)

2 off M3 Threaded inserts (these go in the rear of the Rear Panel)

Cut out for the rear panel - 90 x 32.5mm (see pics)

all parts have been pre-laid on a V0 bed for easy printing

Follow the standard Voron Settings for printing

4 perimeters

5 top / bottom layers

40% infill

0.2mm layers
