Inheritance Cosmetic Parts Set for SLAB

WARNING: These parts, like any other multi-material model, will invariably be more expensive, take more time, and generate more waste than solid-color ones. Do not expect this set of files to be cheap or efficient, but instead to be eye-catching and beautiful.

That aside, I've done extensive work to minimize the additional cost of this design without sacrificing quality or strength, and this blaster is still rather cheap to print even with these ornate designs.

Printing:

The modified parts are all arranged in specific orientations that I have found to be a good balance between aesthetics and cost efficiency in a single .3mf file and have been pre-painted with their proper colors and prepped with Sillybutts' recommended settings.

You will need to select one of the three StockButt pieces, depending on your taste. The aesthetic curved StockButt is much more expensive to print than the flat one, although a cheaper curved StockButt is also included.

In addition, the requisite aftermarket parts that are deemed a good aesthetic fit with the modified parts have also been included for convenience's sake, including a custom lever that has curved corners instead of octagonal ones to match the design's more organic shape.

For the other parts:

- Print all the StockCores, the Rails, the MuzzleB, the TriggerBlock, the CatchPusher, and the TopCover in white (Filament 1). - Print the Trigger, PlungerHead, PlungerRod, SplitTurnaroundRear, Trigger, and your choice of MuzzleEndCap in blue (Filament 2). - Print the RodCap, RodCapKeeper, RodCapPivot, SplitTurnaroundFront, PrintedCotterPins, and MagRelease in gold (Filament 3). - All other internal parts can be printed in any color. All parts will print clearly and relatively cleanly with a 0.4mm nozzle in their default orientations. Some parts use Smooth PEI plates instead of Textured ones - such a plate is required for those parts specifically if a smooth final finish on the blaster is desired.

Assembly/Post-Processing:

Assembly is identical to standard.

Some overlaps of main and accent colors may occur during printing due to random error, especially on thinner lines and finer details. Touch-ups with permanent markers such as Sharpies or alcohol markers is an option, but be wary of such markers' tendency to bleed through plastic and along layer lines. Multicolor stringing and stress whitening will disappear over time and use, or you can try to blowtorch it or use other methods.
