La Pavoni boiler flange / nut / ring Remover (For the 31104702)

A custom tool designed to remove the boiler flange nut/ring on La Pavoni machines (part no. 31104702). Perfect for safe and easy disassembly without damaging components.

Printed in PETG (0.4 mm nozzle, 0.3 mm layer height, 5 wall loops, 30% infill, higher temp for the better adhesion).

My La Pavoni flange was badly stuck due to corrosion and melted rubber gaskets, and I had to strike the tool hard with a hammer to remove it. Despite one notch chipping from a misaligned hit, the tool performed impressively well and proved to be very strong.

Includes a small test model to ensure your printer is calibrated before committing to the 5-hour print. Since the fit is very snug, your printer should be well-tuned (especially for over-extrusion) to guarantee the tool fits the flange correctly.
