Arasaka Thermal Katana – Cyberpunk 2077 length 1.12 m

A model inspired by the legendary Thermal Katana from Cyberpunk 2077 . Designed specifically for 3D printing on small build plates (e.g., Prusa MINI+ 180×180 mm ).

🔹 Model specifications:

- Split into segments that fit on compact build areas.

- Parts are designed for precise fit – easy to assemble.

- Additional reinforcement: a channel for a rod or wire runs through the entire length (optional), adding structural strength.

- Final assembly requires glue for best durability – the rod is optional since the parts already fit tightly together.

🔹 Print recommendations:

- Material: PLA / PETG (for better mechanical strength).

- Layer height: 0.2 mm (balance between detail and print time).

- Infill: 15–20% is sufficient, parts are quite solid.

🔹 Assembly:

- Segments fit tightly and can be glued for a permanent bond.

- The central channel allows inserting a rod (steel, aluminum, or even wood) for extra rigidity – especially useful for the blade length.

- Once assembled, the model forms a full-size, striking replica of the iconic weapon from the Cyberpunk universe.
