Core One Universal Nozzle Wiper - Left or Right Side

Note: If using the new Core One + Automatic Vent Opener then the right hand version must be used to avoid a collision

Edit: New, tweaked the left side to be out of the way of the fan shroud when the head is in the lower left corner (0,0)

Left side and right side versions with heatset inserts. Designed to use the minimum amount of material.

Attach with an M3 screw. For the wiper pad and Bambu Labs A1 nozzle wiper pad will work. I used this: 4Pcs Bambu lab A1 Heatbed Nozzle Wiper Replacement

For the left side wiper, download wiper_test.gcode, edit appropriately and print to test. First, manually move the X, Y and Z axis to confirm the position and edit if needed.

The right side wiper needs to have the purge line shifted to prevent the heat block and fan shroud from colliding with the wiper. The g-code is provided in the associated PrusaSlicer project file and sample test g-code that shifts the purge line 40mm to the left.

Most filaments are fine, except PLA (it will warp). I printed mine with PC-CF, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.20mm layer, 3 perimeters.

The hole diameter is set to 4.5mm which should work with most heat set inserts.
