Air hockey mallet and puck for small kids table

I modeled this air hockey mallet/bat/pusher and puck as a replacement for a local elementary school. They have an “air hockey table” which in reality only works with a low friction surface.

I sadly forgot to take photos of the printed parts. I only can provide the one from a failed print with some layer shifting on the top. But the printed parts worked fine.

These parts to not comply to any existing rule set or regulations. I just modeled these parts after the original parts provided to me. The mallet has a diameter of 72mm and the puck has a diameter of 70mm. You can scale the part in the slicer if you want to adjust the dimensions.

Print instructions:

- No supports needed - Recommended layer height 0,2 mm - Caution, the part is prone to warping.
