TP-Link TL-SG108/SG608E 10-inch Rack Mount

This is a 10-inch rack mount made for the TP-Link SG108/SG608E switch.

I didn't like that other mounts mostly rely on a friction fit to keep the switch in place, so I've added locking tabs that slot into the mounting holes, which prevents the switch from being pulled out from the front. It also provides a satisfying click when they engage.

The SG108 model is designed for mount holes that are 94mm apart center-to-center (32mm from the sides, 36mm from the rear)

The SG608E model is designed for 110mm center-to-center (24mm from the sides, 50mm from the rear)

These mount holes may be differ due to HW revisions, so double check that it fits!

This may also fit a few other TP Link switches in this physical format such as the SG108E and SG608, make sure to double check the mount hole positions!

Print Instructions:

- 3 walls at 0.4mm nozzle

- 0.20 or 0.24mm Layer height

- Print with the faceplate down, no support

- Preferably PETG

- infill 20% cubic

- Takes around 85g of filament
