Caster replacement housing for 50mm wheel, 10mm mount, 7mm axle.

The caster wheel housing (don't know if there is a real name for this thing) on my 25 year old office chair broke. Replacements seemed overly expensive, so figured “let's make a replacement”.

Office chairs tend to be non-standard in the sizings of how they attach to the chair, the wheel diameter and the axle thickness - with nothing else matching on Printables or the other sites, I set about designing my own replacement.

Specific measurements:

- Wheel diameter: 50mm - Chair mount/peg diameter: 10mm - Wheel Axle: 7mm This model is only for the outer housing of the caster. The wheels and (metal) axle from the broken model are resuded. The metal peg is fixed to the chair, so this housing has a socket to match.

Recommend printing in PETG or stronger, with Gyroid infil at 20%. I used 0.2mm layer height but this doesn't really matter. Took 1 hour to print on my Core One.
