Segway Navimow i105 or i110 Large Cutting Disc for less edging

The Segway Navimow has impressive navigation capabilities and even offers manual control via the mobile app over a Bluetooth connection. However, like most robotic mowers, it tends to leave a fairly wide strip of uncut grass along the edges.

I initially used a 240 mm cutting disc, but later switched to a 235 mm disc. The edging performance improved significantly compared to the OEM blade, pictures. However, without the blade guard, the disc occasionally hit tree roots.

The M3 screws are tiny and barely rise above the cutting surface, but they must sit completely flush to avoid getting caught on roots.

Alternatively, a 220 mm disc fits within the larger cutting blade guard. This setup increases the width of the uncut strip by about 15 mm, but allows safe mowing over tree roots.

The attached model is designed for a 220 mm setup compatible with the blade guard. Even with three blades, the cutting performance is still noticeably better than the OEM configuration.
