When reduced below half HP, Rho-7 activates his Overclock Surge: gains resistance to all damage, +2 to attack rolls, and can take one additional action on each of his turns for 1 minute.

Actions

Multiattack. Rho-7 makes two attacks with his Magnetic Rifle or one with Rifle and one with Shock Gauntlet .
