Reinforced Christmas Tree Repair Kit (31 mm Pole) – Base, Legs & Branch Collars

This project was born after my aging artificial Christmas tree started showing its battle scars, so instead of buying a new tree… I let the printer take over.

This reinforced, modular repair kit is designed for artificial Christmas trees that use a 31 mm central pole (measured on my tree—yours should match or be very close).

Included parts

Branch collars (two variants): • 6-branch version • 8-branch version The two halves can be attached together and to the pole with M3 screws and nut.

Modular central base Compatible with 3 or 4 legs ,

Reinforced legs Triangulated structure to handle significant weight and maintain stability. Each leg is compatible with adjustable M8 leveling feet .

Pole-centering insert Keeps the 31 mm pole perfectly vertical and eliminates side-to-side wobble.
