Sv08 CPAP Shroud V2.2

I couldn't find many lightweight cpap shrouds so I decided to make my own!

NOT TESTED I haven't received my machine yet so I cant test it, if anyone decides to print this let me know! -Designed with a 22mm Internal Diameter CPAP Tube in mind, however this can be easily edited If you need a different tube diameter comment, or use the STEP files to do it yourself!

Prints without supports and the STL is just for viewing

Wouldn't recommend to print the STEP or STL, the 3mf has modifier meshes that help with printing These modifier meshes are broken in the file viewer, this is why the STL is provided

.1mm layer height recommended

BOM:

8pcs 4x2mm magnets (or 4pcs 4x4mm)

Printing:

0.4mm nozzle or any that can handle the following:

0.1 layer height

0.45 line width

10% infill

PA, PET, ABS, ASA, PETG anything that can stand some heat

Supports: None

Brim: recommended, maybe 3mm

Print VERTICAL. Be aware that you need very good plate adhesion for the bottom of the ducts to not fall over. I'd recommend checking the print around layer 50-75 to make sure it is working.

Break off the bottom tabs near the back of the model and near the top magnet holes. The strips were just added for support.
