Freddy Fazbear Full-Body Suit

Original .blend files are included for tinkerers who want to modify Freddy in their own way, since my own cuts weren’t done very well. These files are hidden inside the Freddy Fazbear collection within the .blend. Note: The file is extremely slow to work with due to many unapplied modifiers—this was intentional to allow later editing.

This is my model of wearable Freddy Fazbear suit from Five Nights At Freddy's.

It is wearable by an adult human, though the models could of course be scaled down. I am 188 cm in height and the suit was barely small enough for me to control it without heavy limb restrictions.

The head mask mounting on my head was NOT solved by the print itself, but I had to fill it with some foam and ropes to mount on my head. The same happened with limbs, I filled them with random foam and it somehow worked in the end.

I heavily suggest checking whether the upper arms aren't too big (they probably will be) for your arms to combine with forearms (dont forget that you have to be able to fold your hands at least to 90°. Nobody will notice if you use forearm models instead of upper arms.

I also used forearm as calf - it fit perfectly. Pelvis is not included since I needed to sit and the prints wouldn't withstand such pressure - I made it out of EVA foam.

The suit is of course divided into many smaller parts which all fit into Prusa MK4 print space. They are meant to be connected with M4 bolts at least 25-30 mm long. It will be a lot of work and pain, but it will pay off.

I used a glue gun to further solidify the body since it is split into many, many parts which all wobbled. Worked like a charm in combination with the bolts.

Total material costs

- I used generic PLA, 15% infill, 2 perimeters with 0.8 nozzle and some parts with snug supports due to low space, organic supports otherwise. The supports are included and it could be printed with less material than I did:

For the fur, I used a brown bed sheet sprayed with a touch of brown paint and put on with spray glue. I hope someone will find this model useful, it took me a lot of effort and material to make.
