Описание
Nozzle Wiper & Purge Bucket (VCore 4 – Non-IDEX Only)
This nozzle wiper and purge bucket assembly is designed specifically for the VCore 4 non-IDEX configuration. It provides a clean and repeatable way to wipe the nozzle and capture purge material, with a magnetically retained bucket for easy removal and cleaning.
⚠ Not compatible with IDEX setups.
Bill of Materials (BOM)
- 2 × M6 hammer nuts
- 2 × M6 × 12 mm screws
- 2 × DIN562 M3 square nuts
- 2 × M3 × 10 mm screws
- 1 × 9 mm GT2.5 belt (RatRig BOM)
- 2 × M3 neodymium magnets (6 × 3 mm)
Installation Instructions
- Cut the GT2.5 belt to 4 teeth and assemble the nozzle wiper mechanism.
- Mount the wiper holder to the frame using the M6 hammer nuts and M6 × 12 mm screws.
- Install the M3 square nuts and M3 × 10 mm screws where required to secure the assembly.
- Insert the neodymium magnets into the purge bucket and place the bucket into position.
- Power on the printer and dial in the final location of the wiper and bucket to ensure proper nozzle contact and clean purging.
Firmware & Macro Integration
- Use the macro to control the wiping and purging sequence.
