This model is a complete overhaul (Remix) of the original Bashtech design.

🛠 Technical Upgrades

- 6S Power System: Enlarged motor mount to fit 36XX Brushless motors (5mm Shaft)

- Reliable Drivetrain: Designed for a Metal Propeller (D36mm)

- Dual Battery Setup: 2x Side trays for 3S packs, ensuring perfect weight balance

- Passive Cooling: Integrated water pickup within the turbine flow

- Durable Hatch: Optimized design for better longevity

🛒 Bill of Materials (BOM)

To replicate my configuration, here is what you need:

Electronics

- Motor: Brushless 3674 - 1300KV (for 6S setup). Note: Use ~2000KV for 4S

- ESC: Hobbywing Seaking V3 90A (Watercooled)

- Batteries: 2x LiPo 3S (approx. 2650mAh) in Series (= 6S) Max Dimensions: 135x53x25mm

- Servo: Standard Waterproof Servo

- Radio/Receiver: 2 Channels min

Mechanics

- Propeller: Metal D36mm (for 4mm shaft)

- Drive Shaft: 4mm Shaft (L15cm) + Stuffing Tube

- Coupler: Rigid or Flexible Coupler (5mm to 4mm)

- Steering: 1x Pushrod + 1x Linkage Stopper (D1.3mm)

- Cooling: Water Jacket for 36mm motor + Silicone tubing

⚙ Print Settings (Recommended)

To ensure watertightness and heat resistance:

Material: PETG Mandatory

Perimeters (Walls): 3 minimum (Vital for waterproofing)

Infill: 20% to 30%

Supports: Yes (required for specific parts)
