wledPixel: Smart WiFi LED Matrix Clock & Info Display

This is a printable enclosure for the wledPixel project - a powerful, open-source LED matrix display firmware that turns simple hardware into a smart home information center.

Bill of Materials (BOM)

To build this project, you will need:

- 3D Printed Case : (Files included in this download)

- Microcontroller : ESP32 DevKit V1 OR Wemos D1 Mini (ESP8266)

- Display : MAX7219 Dot Matrix Module (4-in-1 modules recommended)

- Wiring : Dupont cables

- (Optional) : DS18B20 temperature sensor

(Please check the repository for the latest flashing instructions and wiring schemes).

Assembly

- Print the case parts (PLA/PETG recommended).

- Flash your ESP board using the instructions on GitHub.

- Connect the MAX7219 display to the ESP board (see wiring diagram in repo).

- Slide the electronics into the case and snap the cover shut.

- Connect to the "wledPixel" WiFi AP to configure your network.
