BTT EBB42 Gen2 + EBB USB Adapter Interface Mounts for Eva 3.x + LGX Lite on RatRig vCore3.1

This is a remix of a BTT EBB42 toolboard Mount originally posted by mmullerphoto to be used for mounting the BTT EBB42 Gen2 toolboard onto a RatRig vCore 3.1 printer using Eva print carriage system. A shortened cable guide from the Eva carriage platform was incorporated into the top of the model to solidly hold the USB cable exiting from the toolboard. Several zip tie mounts have been added for USB cable and wire management.

EBB42 Gen2 Mount: The mount is attached to the EVA carriage using three M3x6 screws and to the LGXlite extruder. Attachment to the Bondtech extruder is accomplished by replacing two stock M3x25 screws and replacing them with 2xM3x30 screws. The 30mm screws extend beyond the front of the extruder front wall far enough to allow attachment of a two 20mm M3 hexagonal brass standoffs. The mount is attached to distal end of the standoffs with short M3 screws. Once affixed to the EVA carriage and LGXlite, the EBB 42 toolboard is attached to the mount using M3x6 or 8mm screws threaded into 4.5x4mm brass inserts.

EBB USB Adapter Interface Mount: This mount holds the USB adapter interface board and attaches to the back wall of the printer using Scotch Dual Lock tape. The USB Adapter Interface board is fastened to the mount using M3 screws that thread into 4.5x4mm brass inserts placed into the 3D printed mount.

Line width: 0.45

Layer height: 0.2-0.3

Infill: 25%

Supports: needed for bottom end of the mount where it attaches to the EVA carriage. Note that you might need to block support material in zip tie channels to prevent filling with support material that's very difficult to clear after the print is completed.
