This model is basically the same as the original from momomocha on thingiverse (link below) for the FT-891. The only difference is that I made the part that goes inside of the radio 1 mm shorter to close the gap between the back of the XT-60 connector and this part. That prevents the connector from sliding back into the radio.

@NW6U wrote excelent instructions on how to remove the original connector from the radio. Check them out here https://www.printables.com/model/1556672-yaesu-ft-710-anderson-power-pole-conversion .

To get the right fit of the XT-60 connector ajust XY hole compensation until it's snug. I needed -0.1 mm. No glue is necessary. Make sure that the connector isn't too tight and can be removed if needed, because otherwise it will be hard to disassemble the radio in case of some failure.

Because in the FT-710 there are 2 pairs of power cables, I used the Y splitters from the original power cable to connect each pair to the XT-60 connector. The only problem with this is that the soldered connection will not bend which makes it hard move the cables into place. I would suggest cutting the end with only 1 cable longer and adjusting later. I cut it short and then had trouble putting everything into place.

It is possible that this fits more radios like FT-991, FT-DX10 and others with the same connector. I don't have them, so I can't test it though. If you find that it works with some other radio, make sure to leave a comment.
