Shop Vacuum Cyclone Dust Collector v1

Cyclone separator designed to be attached to the lid of a 5-gallon bucket. This is V1 of the design with several components. There is a small spiral in the wall of the cyclone to encourage spinning.

All made with PLA as I don't expect this to be mechanically stressed.

Components:

- Cyclone separator: designed to fit the Core One+. Also designed for minimal supports when placed on top face down.

- Anchor Ring: mating ring to anchor the cyclone from the inside face of the lid.

- Cone washers: rough attempt at trying to improve bolt mating surface with the chamfered holes on the cyclone

- Nozzle adapters: since every vacuum is different these are custom designed to fit my available hoses. Modify the attached models to fit your vacuum, but already have the mating setup.

Assembly considerations:

- 1.5 inch 1/4-20 bolts are needed.

- Nozzle adapters were epoxied to the cyclone to create a strong bond and seal

- Foam faster was added to the cyclone to provide a good seal around the bucket lid. Compressed using anchor ring
