COOKIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour 1 cup sugar 100 g butter 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS:

- In a bowl, mix butter and sugar until smooth.

- Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix well.

- Gradually add the flour and mix until a uniform dough forms.

- Wrap the dough in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.

- Cut using the cookie cutter.

- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 8–12 minutes.

- Let cool before decorating.
