Ugly Ender 3v2 toolhead (direct threading)

A little remix of @ruredi87_241997 's so-called Ugly Ender3v2 Toolhead.

In this version, I've made the hole diameters smaller in all the places where there's no M3 nuts being used. They were 3mm, but that leaves nothing to thread into, so I made them 2.7mm. You can now force-thread an M3 screw in and it will self-tap and hold properly. Or use an M3 thread tap to cut the threads.

Also added some more top plates to make this toolhead compatible with more Creality printers and added a BLTouch mount that goes on the left-side fan, again to increase compatibility. This toolhead can now be used with an Ender5/5Plus, classic Ender3 and 3Pro, CR10, CR10S and probably lots more.

What will this toolhead fit:

- Ender3, Ender3 Pro, Ender3 V2, Ender 5 Plus, CR-10, CR-10S and probably more.

- A V6 style hot-end with a Volcano-length heaterblock (V6 Volcano, TZ V6 2.0/3.0, CHC Pro, etc)

- A Sherpa Mini or Micro extruder as DirectDrive. Other extruders with the same mounting will also work, like the HGX Lite (fits on Mini plate) or Sailfin

- Bowden extruders can be used too, instead of DD.

- Two 5015 Blower fans for part cooling

- 40x40x10mm fan for hot-end cooling

- Optionally, a BLTouch bed level probe

- Optionally, an ADXL345 accelerometer with 14.5mm mounting pitch

Additions:

- Instructions and list of needed hardware.

- Sherpa Mini rear mount with cablechain connector (tested with this chain) and ADXL345 mount

- Top plate for use with bowden setups

- Versions of Directdrive plates with hook edge that'll fit wider X-plates (like Ender5 Plus)

- Universal BLTouch mount (for non-E3V2 printers)

- Part cooling ducts with extended collars, should stay in the blower exit better.

Needed hardware:

- 2x 30mm M3 bolts with straight shoulder (button heads, cap heads, hex heads)

- 4x 25mm M3 bolts straight shoulder

- 4x 20mm M3 bolts straight shoulder

- 2x 16mm M3 bolts with straight shoulder

- 3x 16mm M3 bolts with countersunk shoulder/head

- 2x 10mm M3 bolts with countersunk shoulder/head (for cablechain)

- 4x 8mm M3 bolts with straight shoulder (2 for ADXL)

- 4x M3 washer

- 2x plastic M3 washer (for ADXL)

- 5x M3 nuts (regular or nylock)

Assembly Instructions:

- Print one base, one clamp, one fanduct, one blower support, two blower nozzles (left and right) and a top plate.

- (optional) Pre-form threads in all the small screw holes to ease assembly.

- Put an M3 nut in each hex shaped hole in the back of the base.

- Put the base on the X-axis carrier plate and secure it to the hot-end mouts using two M3x8 bolts (buttonhead recommended) and two washers.

- Hang your V6 style hot-end in the base and add the clamp. Screw it down with two M3x30 and two M3 washers.

- Insert a short piece of PTFE tube into the top of the hot-end.

- Mount the direct drive top plate for your extruder on top, secure with three M3 nuts and three M3x16mm countersunk bolts

- Mount the hot-end fan shroud and 40x40mm fan through the upper holes to the clamp using two 25mm M3 bolts.

- Mount the blower support to the fan+shroud through the lower holes using two 20mm M3 bolts.
