Cereal Drybox lid with fully printed Bowden fitting

Printed in PETg with 0.2mm layers and standard settings.

I did not want to buy and wait for the delivery of metal bowden connectors since, in my opinion, they are not neccecary in this use case, and what do i have a 3D-printer for?

I bought 4L aliexpress/temu/amazon cereal boxes. The diameter of the lid is 60mm.

You have to feed your tube into the top of the lid, then tighten the nut. When the nut is fully bottomed out, i am not abled to pull the tube out without exessive force, or breaking something else.

I included a small and a big hex nut and a round nut. I tried the round nut with fuzzy skin, but was unimpressed with the result, so i made a hex nut out of it. The small hex nut is not nice to use with fingers but probably fine, if you use it only once when installing the ptfe tube.

This model is inspired by several others but not a derivative of any.
