TOOL-FREE ASSEMBLY

The entire system is designed for precise press-fit assembly.

All parts fit together using carefully tuned tolerances.

PARTS

The lamp consists of four printed components:

• Two end caps (plain end cap + LED strip mount end cap)

• A perforated outer cylindrical shell

• An inner light shader/diffuser

STL models included:

• EndCap_Plain.stl

• Outer_Cylinder_Shell.stl

• Inner_Diffuser.stl

For best results, print the inner shader using translucent filament to achieve smooth light diffusion.

Matte filaments work particularly well.

The model is optimized for easy printing without supports

Tested with PETG, also suitable for PLA.
