Rosewill 4000 120mm Fan Mounts (120x3)

These mounting plates include tab features that clip into existing holes on certain Rosewill 4000-series 4U rackmount cases.

My particular case is the Rosewill RSV-L4000U, but other cases with the same hard drive cage style should be compatible with these mounting plates.

Note that this 120mm x 3 setup is designed for cases with removable front-panel button assemblies.

These 120mm fan mounts are the same width as the stock HDD cages included with the case, so they can be positioned anywhere on the case that the stock cages can be clipped.

I've included two options for re-locating the front panel button assembly:

- frontpanel_default: relocates the stock front panel button mount assembly to the right of the case

- frontpanel_blank: a blank card that fills empty space in the front panel, while allowing clearance for a radiator to mount to the nearby 120x3 fan mount plates. Note that you will have nowhere on the front of the case to mount your front panel button assembly.

I printed these in PETG-CF with an 0.8mm nozzle. However, I would assume that any PETG, PLA, and standard nozzle should also work.

Keep in mind that PLA can sag and creep in warm conditions over time.

I printed these face-down with no supports. The clip geometry has an aggressive overhang, so do print with supports if needed to preserve those clips.
