Replacement threaded insert for 80mm Centercaps

If you're here it's because you've sheared your center cap in half from overtorquing it. Because same.

This replacement part can be clipped into the aluminium section, and then i'd recommend using a soldering iron to melt the plastic down and stamp it, similar to the OE part. At minimum put a bit of silicon or glue into it to keep everything together.

This part was based on center caps from Rotiform LSRs, but might suit other similar center caps.

- Print Settings -

- Due to design limitations supports are required.

- I'd recommend printing from PETG absolute minimum, but ABS/ASA and above are encouraged.

- Use as much heat and as little cooling as possible for maximum layer adhesion and strength.

- Thread is a 1.5mm pitch. I'd recommend either enabling adaptive layers, or setting the bottom 14mm of the print (threaded section) to 0.08-0.12 mm layer height to make sure the thread prints nicely.
