10" rack mount for D-Link DGS-1016D

10" rack mounting trays for the D-Link DGS-1016D (model without fan) gigabit switch (witch is 11" in original case). This is made for my rack

with rails on both front and back side and are made to only occupy 1U space. The mainboard mounted on the frontside and the power-board mounted behind on the backside. The original mounting screws are used either with heat-set inserts mounted or by reducing the mounting holes to 2.5-3 mm for direct plastic mount. The original power-coupling-cable between the two boards will have to be extended (4 cables with 2 female JST connectors). The original power plug adapter is mounted on the backplane with the original screws.
