Описание
A friend at work asked me to make a replacement for his Tripp suitcase telescopic handle actuation button. I was handed two broken parts.
He had searched for STL's and all were blocky / angular and far from original asphetics.
The part was quite complex to recreate in fusion due to numerous multi plane curves so i glued the broken parts back togtether then scanned them with a revo metro pro y scanner.
I gave him a PETG print as a sample and it has worked flawlessly since. He has a set of suitcases and was concerned after internet searches that lots of people were complaining of the same issue and that the PETG replacement would eventually fatigue.
As such the prints in the picture were done with PC-CF and all have been in regular service and no problems with any of the prints to date.
Due to the base curvature supports must be used.
